PROJECTS

 

We are excited to share the following projects being worked on in 2014:

New Caney ISD 2012 Bond Projects – New Caney, Texas. This is a CM at Risk process for the bond program at New Caney ISD.  The bond will be voted on in May of this year.  It is to include a new middle school, new elementary school, new and renovations to stadium, additions and renovations to New Caney High School and the Annex, classroom additions to four existing elementary schools, renovate and expand the existing Ag Barn to become an educational Agriculture Science Center, additions and renovations to Keefer Crossing Middle School, various kitchen, electrical and roofing updates, renovations to the 6th Grade Campus, expand the Child Nutrition Warehouse and add additional bus parking spaces at the Transportation Department.

Texas A&M Equine Center, College Station, Texas – The facility will enhance Texas A&M University's equine program and will consolidate not only academic programs, but clubs and associations to one premier location in order to teach, train, conduct research, exhibit and showcase events.

New Caney ISD District Stadium - Porter, Texas.  New New 8,000 capacity district stadium, field house, restrooms and concession stands for vistor and home, 2-story press box with VIP suites and elevator.  The project includes a synthetic turf field with associated drainage system.

New Caney ISD Agriculture Science Center - Porter, Texas.    New agriculture science center with show and holding arenas with grandstand, cattle, lamb/goat, hog pens, wash and grooming areas, restrooms, classrooms, concessions and locker rooms.  There will also be a partial renovation to the existing facility.

New Caney ISD High School Additions and Renovations - New Caney, Texas.  Construction of a new entry vestibule addition at the front of the school and a new Dance / JROTC building behind the existing school.  A new sound lock and control booth access at the auditorium.  Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler replacements and upgrades throughout the existing buildings. 

New Caney ISD Woodridge Forest Middle School - Porter, Texas.  New 181,000 sf, two story middle school with classrooms, library, cafeteria, administrative offices, nurses station, practice and competitive gymnasiums, field house, practice and competitve football fields and six lane track.

Kelsey-Seybold Clear Lake Medical Office – Clear Lake, Texas.  New three-story 55,000 SF Medical Office for one of the nation's premier multi-specialty physician organizations, to be located in Clear Lake region of Houston, Texas. Designed to house 27 physicians in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, OB/GYN, dermatology and other specialties. Includes a pharmacy, clinical laboratory, two x-ray rooms, mammography, bone densitometry, and ultrasound. The front entry will feature an open two-story rotunda area, and the wait areas will feature an abundance of natural light.  This project will be constructed in 10 months.

 

Frank's International - Alvin, Texas.  This project consists of the construction of a new pre engineered metal building pipe manufacturing facility, office building and skybridge and associated site work.

Kelsey-Seybold Tanglewood Medical Clinic Renovation – Houston, Texas.  Renovation of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's first "suburban" location, initially opened in 1976 in the Tanglewood area of Houston.  This renovation will consist of opening and re-designing the lobbies, centralizing the nurse stations and reception areas, and improving workflows in the patient corridors.  In addition, the project will include a new OB/GYN suite, a new Moh's surgery suite, a new executive wellness suite, a new administrative suite, and a new staff lounge.  The laboratory, radiology, dermatology, pediatrics, and opthalmology/optometry areas will also be renovated.  The project is scheduled for five months, to be conducted over 5 distinct stages.  Close coordination with the owner is required, as the project will be conducted while clinical operations are continuing.

 

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Summer Creek – Humble, Texas New two-story 36,400 SF Medical Office for the nation's first accountable care organization certified by NCQA, located in northeast Houston, Texas.  Designed to house 16 physicians in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, dermatology and other specialties.  Includes a pharmacy, clinical laboratory, two x-ray rooms, and space for additional ancillary services.  The front entry will feature an open two-story rotunda area, and the wait areas will feature an abundance of natural light.  Gamma is scheduled to complete this project in nine months.

 

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic The Woodlands – The Woodlands, Texas New three-story 80,00 SF Medical Office for the nation's first accountable care organization certified by NCQA, located in the Woodlands, Texas.  Designed to house 35 physicians in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, executive health, orthopedics, dermatology and other specialties.  Includes a pharmacy, clinical laboratory, two x-ray rooms, mammography, bone densitometry, and ultrasound.  The front entry will feature an open two-story rotunda area, and the wait areas will feature an abundance of natural light.  Gamma will complete this project in two phases -- with the first phase completed in 10 months.

 

Alvin High School No. 3 – Pearland, Texas New three-story 470,000 SF high school for Alvin Independent School District.  This high school campus will house approximately 2,500 students.   This project starts with a three story open concept student union and entry and then continues with associated classrooms, cafeteria, administration offices, library, college career resource center, science labs, culinary lab, weight room, performing arts center, drama room, animal science / wildlife classroom, horticulture and landscape classroom, medical clinic, band hall and practice rooms, choir lab, practice and competition gymnasiums and locker rooms, football field and press box, soccer field, track and field, tennis courts, baseball and softball fields.    This project will be completed in 24 months.

 

Lamar CISD New District Natatorium and Renovations to Existing Traylor Stadium – Rosenberg, Texas New 32,000 square foot natatorium with pool, home and visitor locker rooms, bleachers, classrooms, offices, lifeguard training room, concessions and laundry rooms.  The renovations to the existing stadium will consist of new restroom facilities and new concession and ticket booths.

 Tallowood Baptist Church Youth Center - Houston, Texas This is a CM at Risk project that consists of a new 3-story youth center.  The ground floor will be parking, 2nd floor youth center (mini basketball gym, leisure space) and the 3rd floor is a large meeting room with restrooms and snack bar. The church campus will be in operation while construction is being completed.
