We are excited to share the following projects being worked on in 2019:

Cypress Springs High School Renovations - Cypress, Texas Renovations to existing 494,574 square foot high school.  Renovations to all areas of the existing schools including but not limited to the culinary arts rooms, auditorium, gymnasium, locker rooms, rest rooms, tennis courts, CCTV, PA System and replace all vinyl tile, carpet and base, door hardware, casework and counter sinks throughout the facility.

Woodland Acres Elementary Replacement - Houston, Texas New 85,000 sf elementary school to replace existing Woodland Acres Elementary School.  This project will be completed in two phases.  Phase one is completion of the new elementary school on the existing property.  In August 2018, the existing school will be demolished and sitework and paving will be completed November 2018.  The existing school will remain open during construction.

Eastex Fire Stations No. 16 and No. 36 - Humble, Texas - New 18,749 sf fire station No. 16 single story with three double deep truck bays, crew quarters, training rooms, day room and kitchen, offices and conference room. Fire Station No. 36 is a new 9,303 sf single story with officer's offices and quarters, storage rooms, public restrooms, day room, bunk area, kitchen and dining area, three single deep apparatus bays and ancillary work / storage spaces.

Clear Creek Community Church - Friendswood, Texas - New 35,000 sf single story metal building church with sanctuary, Sunday school rooms, youth / multi purpose room, meeting rooms and kitchenette.


Dickinson ISD Ninth Grade School – Dickinson, Texas New 75,000  square foot, two story ninth grade center school.  The school incorporates classrooms, science labs, art and theater rooms, dining room and administrative offices.  The Ninth Grade Center will be built on same site as high school and campus will be in full operation during construction.

Klein Elementary School 33 – Klein, Texas New 119,000  square foot, one story K - 5th grade elementary school.  The school incorporates classrooms, science lab, library,  art and music rooms, cafeteria, gymnasium, bilingual rooms and administrative offices.

Thornton Middle School Renovations - Katy, Texas Renovations to existing 206,000 square foot middle school.  Renovations to all areas of the existing schools including all new finishes throughout the facility, casework replacement, lighting replacement, HVAC systems and equipment replacement, room replacement and restroom remodels.


Kelsey-Seybold Medical Office – Cypress, Texas New four-story 72,000 SF Medical Office for the nation's first accountable care organization certified by NCQA, located in the heart of Cy-Fair ISD (intersection of 290 and Hwy6/1960).  Designed to house up to 35 physicians in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, dermatology, gasterenterology, cardiology, ophthalmology, urology, surgery and other specialties.  Includes a pharmacy, clinical laboratory, two x-ray rooms, mammography, bone densitometry, ultrasound, and mobile MRI/CT.  The front entry features an open two-story rotunda area, and the wait areas feature an abundance of natural light.

Kelsey-Seybold Medical Office – Kingwood, Texas. This medical office will replace and expand Kelsey-Seybold’s former Kingwood Clinic, which was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. The new Kingwood Clinic will increase in size from 20,000 square feet to nearly 55,000 square feet, and patients will have access to an expanded capacity in primary care, including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology. In addition to the expanded capacity, Kelsey-Seybold Kingwood Clinic may add new specialties, such as pulmonary, cardiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation/spine, and optometry to an already robust list of specialties that includes allergy, endocrinology, gastroenterology, orthopedics – sports medicine, and podiatry.

The new clinic will also offer new diagnostic services, 3D (Tomosynthesis) digital mammography, cardiac stress testing, and will also include mobile CT and MRI. The clinic will continue to offer a pharmacy, clinical lab, X-ray, DEXA and ultrasound testing.

League City Fire Station No. 6 – League City, Texas - New 11,347 sf, 3 story fire station with 3 apparatus bays, multipurpose room, locker room and laundry room with EMS, sleeping / living quarters.

Aldine Fire Station No. 11 – Houston, Texas - New one story 15,185  sf fire station with 4 apparatus bays, day room, locker room and laundry room with EMS, sleeping / living quarters, kitchen and dining, bunker gear and watch room and training room.

Bridgestone MUD Operations and Water Education Center – Spring, Texas - New one story 11,000 sf with assembly rooms, administrative offices, work rooms and conference rooms and bull pen area.

Alvin Junior High School No. 8 – Manvel, Texas New 178,000 square foot, two story junior high school for Alvin ISD to serve 1,000 students in grades 6th thru 8th grade.  This school includes classrooms, library, science rooms, band, choir, theater and art rooms, cafeteria, practice and competition gyms, locker and weight rooms, football field, tennis courts and soccer field.

Alvin High School No .4 – Iowa Colony, Texas New three-story 550,000 SF high school for Alvin Independent School District.  This high school campus will house approximately 2,500 students.   This project starts with a three story open concept student union and entry and then continues with associated classrooms, cafeteria, administration offices, library, college career resource center, science labs, culinary lab, weight room, performing arts center, drama room, animal science / wildlife classroom, horticulture and landscape classroom, medical clinic, band hall and practice rooms, choir lab, practice and competition gymnasiums and locker rooms, football field and press box, soccer field, track and field, tennis courts, baseball and softball fields, natatorium and maintenance and operations building and central plan.

Cypress Creek High School Renovations – Houston, Texas Renovations to existing 487,000 square foot 2 story high school.  Renovations to all areas of the existing schools including renovations to the culinary arts, dance rooms, girls and boys locker rooms, HVAC systems and equipment replacement, roof replacement and restroom remodels.
