Both facilities have classrooms, cafeteria, offices and outdoor play ground areas. Ninfa Laurenzo Early Childhood Center is a two story facility and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Early Childhood Center is a one story facility. Each was 45,000 sf. This project was competitive sealed proposal.
