Waller HS Additions and Renovations Location: Waller, Texas Completed: 12/31/2005 Square Feet: 230,000 Owner: Waller Independent School District Architect: SHW Group The project consists of five new buildings being added onto the school on a large campus. An academic building, fine art building, auditorium, gymnasium additions and new athletic facilities are all being added. There will also be 65,000 square feet of remodel. This project was competitive sealed proposal. The facility was increased due to a need for more students enrolling.
