Katy Elementary # 32 - Katy, Texas. The project was awarded to Gamma thru competitve sealed proposal. New elementary school with gym, library, cafeteria, kitchen, classroom and administrative offices.

Clear Creek Elementary # 25 - League City, Texas. New elementary school, cafeteria, classrooms, dining, food preparation, food storage, gymnasium, kitchen, library, nurse's office.

Bethel Independent Presbyterian Church - Houston, Texas This is a CM at Risk project that consists of the addition of a youth center, administration area, renovations to the existing Education Building, demolition of existing Youth Center, new parking facilities, new courtyard, new entry to sanctuary and mechanical and electrical upgrades. The church campus will be in operation while construction is being completed.

Humble Elementary No. 25 - Humble, Texas Gamma Construction was awarded this project thru competitive sealed proposal. This is a new 95,000 sf one-story building. The building consists of classrooms, music room, cafetorium with stage, multi purpose rooms, library, special education rooms, kitchen, clinic and multiple play areas with one being covered.

Waller Elementary School #5 - Hockley, Texas This project is a 98,000 sf one story building. This new elementary school has classrooms, gym, cafetorium, kitchen, administrative offices, music room, nurse's station and in the library it is a two story open structure with vaulted ceilings and a clerestory.

Tomball K-6 Elementary - The Woodlands, Texas This school consists of classrooms, gym, cafetorium, kitchen, administrative offices, music room, nurse's station and library.

Restaurants - Gamma Construction was awarded the following restaurants thruout the United States. Hard Rock Cafe - Waikiki, Hawaii, Hard Rock Cafe - Dallas, Texas, Smashburger - Tulsa, Oklahoma, Hard Rock Cafe - Las Vegas, Nevada

Manvel High School Phase II - Manvel, Texas The project was awarded to Gamma thru competitive sealed proposal. New 126,000 sf 2-story academic building, new 37,000 sf performing arts building, new parent education building, new vocational building, new athletic facility (weight room) and approximately 10,000 sf of remodel to existing facility.

Hard Rock Cafe - Las Vegas, Nevada This new 42,000 sf restaurant is the World Wide Flagship store for Hard Rock. Located on the strip in Vegas across from the largest development in Vegas history, the City Center Retail. Retail, dining and an entertainment stage with 3rd floor outdoor patio.

4601 Washington Retail and Office - Houston, Texas Design build negotiated a new three level retail, office space and garage. The retail and office building will be a 55,000 sf, 3-level space. The first level will be retail / restaurant space and the other two levels will be office space. The three level garage behind will be 75,000 sf. www.washingtoncentre.com

Hollibrook Elementary - Houston, Texas This is a new 110,000 square foot replacement school for Spring Branch ISD. It will be completed in three phases. Gamma will build the new school on the existing site while school is in operations and once completed in July, 2010, then demolition of the existing building will begin.
