Aldine ISD New High School and 9th Grade Center Houston, Texas. The new high school is a 435,000 sf two story complex consisting of classrooms, practice and competition gymnasiums, auditorium, auto shop, pre vet classroom, woodshop, practice and competition baseball and softball fields, practice football field, tennis courts, practice soccer field, band room, natatorium, Junior ROTC shooting range, science labs, pre-nursing clinic, cosmotology lab, nurses station and administrative offices. Completion of high school is March 2012. The new 9th grade center is 140,000 sf single story complex consisting of classrooms, administrative offices, practice and competition basketball courts, science labs, nurses station, cafetorium and kitchen. This project will be completed in March 2013.

Fort Bend Middle School # 14 Missouri City, Texas. The project was awarded to Gamma thru competitve sealed proposal. New two story middle school with new classrooms, administrative offices, practice gym and competition gym, cafeteria / kitchen, stage, practice and competition football fields, baseball field, soccer field, science labs, nurse's office and tennis courts.

Fort Bend ISD New Aquatics Facility - Houston, Texas. New 50,000 sf indoor aquatics facility with bleachers, weight room, locker rooms and offices.

Clear Creek Child Nutrition Center - League City, Texas. New two story tilt wall storage / office facility addition.

Bethel Independent Presbyterian Church - Houston, Texas This is a CM at Risk project that consists of the addition of a youth center, administration area, renovations to the existing Education Building, demolition of existing Youth Center, new parking facilities, new courtyard, new entry to sanctuary and mechanical and electrical upgrades. The church campus will be in operation while construction is being completed.

Campbell Middle School Additions Houston, Texas Gamma Construction was awarded this project thru competitive sealed proposal with Cy-Fair ISD. The project consists of a 165,000 SF multiphase renovation of existing facilities including complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. On site improvements and site amenities will include new concrete paving and site utilities. Complete section building demolition and 70,000 SF new two story entrance addition. The owner will occupy the existing building during the course of construction.

Ridgecrest Elementary School Houston, Texas This project is a 86,000 sf two story building. New elementary school for Spring Branch ISD with gym, library, cafeteria, kitchen, classroom and administrative offices.

Cy-Ridge High School Additions and Renovations Houston, Texas New 30,000 sf addition to exisiting high school. All work is being completed during school operations. Addition of science classrooms along with a new gym, music wing additions and revisions and greenhouse.

James Berry Elementary School, Houston, Texas Berry Elementary was a CM at Risk bid process with Houston ISD. This project will be a new 2-story elementary school with new classrooms, cafetorium, administrative offices and science labs. The Spark Park will be relocated. After relocating to the new facility, the existing building will be demolished and a new parking lot will be completed in February 2011. This project will be LEED certified.

Roosevelt Elementary School Roosevelt Elementary was a CM at Risk bidding process with Houston ISD. The project site is currently the location of the existing Roosevelt Elementary School and is to remain open during construction of the new school. The new elementary school will be 2 stories due to sight constraints and will be the new home to Pre-K/K thru 5th grade. A 3.7 acre feet off-site mitigation pond is required for flood management. Existing school demolition and site amenities will allow for new parking, three drop off and pickup locations, covered play areas and play fields. The new school will be completed in December 2010 but the demolition of existing school and new parking lot will be completed in March 2011. This project is LEED certified.

Hollibrook Elementary - Houston, Texas This is a new 110,000 square foot replacement school for Spring Branch ISD. It will be completed in three phases. Gamma will build the new school on the existing site while school is in operations and once completed in July, 2010, then demolition of the existing building will begin.

Lexus Dealership - Henderson, Nevada New 77,000 dealership with sales, make ready / car wash and service shop.
